A huge night for BBC with the final of our “Open Minor Singles”.
It’s a battle of the ages, Mike Hodges (71) in only his second club championship final up against young gun Mitchell Keel (17) playing in his first club championship final! It should be a cracker with both bowlers in form and with the greens in perfect conditions there’ll be no excuses come Friday! Good luck to you both and get down and support them!
As well as our Minors we also have the finals of the Men’s & Women’s 100 Up.
In the ladies Joan Marshall takes on Annie Jones after both ladies scraped through in their semi’s.
In the Men’s John Rich takes on club stalwart Rob McGrath.
Rich scraped through last Friday against Mike Hodges while McGrath and Jim Weir played an extra end after passing the 100 even on 102! McGrath took the points and won through but this will be a ripper as well!
As well as our 3 finals there is also a huge night of barefoot bowls booked in, the beers and beats will be flowing and the night is sure to be huge!
