BAREFOOT BOWLS

Barefoot Bowls have been kicking along really well over these past few months, and we have already received bookings for September, October, November and December.

In the past week we had 43 players from the Officer Football Club having a great night and utilising our facilities, in lieu of a footy training night. This was a great event as well as delivering a financial benefit for our club. This ensures we can keep maintaining club assets and providing continuing upkeep and improvements for our members.

The aim for this year is to maintain the voluntary support but to endeavour not to duplicate your help, in other words helping just once is the aim for your commitment to assist in this important part of the club’s income and overall brand management.

In regard to these events, dates and time, I will do the courtesy by reaching out personally. To those who have already provided their time and assistance in the past 8 events thank you, my Christmas present to you is you won’t hear from me until the New Year, so no need to change your phone number

LOST PROPERTY

Has anybody seen this Angry Saints owner? I know they have had a bad year but it’s a bit much not taking him home. He is in my work area if anybody is looking for him.

TAKE A MINUTE

Do you ever wake up and think “You, beauty” lets smash the day and then walk past a mirror and go “bloody hell” what happened to those years, and your dashing looks and then the day is slightly less exciting. Well, there are always others worse off. This Cocky turns up with his mates at home for a visit and thinks all’s ok and has a feed with no issues. He just fly’s, eats and sleeps with no issues or mirrors in sight and battles on.
